The Amex Stadium, Home of Brighton& HoveAlbion was built in 2011. That's the only one I can think of.
Now I'm beginning to doubt my answer.

Man City - Etihad, opened in 2003.
Man Utd - Old Trafford. Nope.
Leicester - King Power, opened in 2002.
Chelsea - Stamford Bridge. Nope
West Ham - London Stadium, opened in 2016 (Although it was built for the 2012 Olympics).
Everton - Goodison Park. Nope.
Tottenham - Tottenham Stadium, opened in 2019 (This could be the tricky one, because it was raised on the site of White Hart Lane, with Spurs using Wembley until it was ready).
Liverpool - Anfield. Nope.
Aston Villa - Villa Park. Nope.
Arsenal - Emirates Stadium, opened in 2006.
Leeds - Elland Road. Nope.
Wolves - Molyneux. Nope.
Crystal Palace - Selhurst Park. Nope.
Southampton - St. Mary's Stadium, opened in 2001.
Burnley - Turf Moor. Nope.
Newcastle - St. James' Park. Nope
Brighton - Amex Stadium, built in 2011.
Fulham - Craven Cottage. Nope.
West Brom - The Hawthorns. Nope.
Sheff Utd - Bramall Lane. Nope.
Derby County, Pride Park 1997?
or possibly The Stadium of Light, Sunderland. Opened July 1997.
Sorry, no, Sunderland had just been relegated.
Riverside Stadium, Middlesbrough, opened 1995.
or possibly Elwood Park, Blackburn. Substantially rebuilt, and reopened in 1995.
Ewood, not Elwood. (Damn you, autocorrect)
Depends on the criteria. Hopkirk might have it right with the Riverside - I should have got that as my fat backside has graced but on many an occasion...

My criteria is that the club must have been playing in the EPL while their stadium was built, good answers so far though.
Stoke city, Brittania? Now bet 365 or the Milton Keynes Dons home, not sure if they had been relegated by then
I think the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is the probably correct answer.
Emirates was earlier wasn't it?
Sorry, I misread the question. The first one, not latest. St Mary's, or The Stadium of Light perhaps?
Question not altogether clear.

For instance Man u have been expanding their stadium since 1992, hardly anything has been untouched.

So I would go for Old Trafford.
Yeah, you're right Hopkirk, Sunderland were in the Championship, so it must be Pride Park if Barney means brand new stadium.
Riverside was opened in 1995 Middlesbrough were not relegated to the end of that season
or complete redevelopment of the existing ground.
