I am watching the Second Test from Chennai which started only eight days after the first.

The crowds are back and not a mask in sight. Has there been a miracle in India in just over a week?

I am not criticising, just wondering.

Just watched a clip from 04;07 a.m. which shows between 14-15,000 spectators. The ratio of mask wearers to non mask wearers looks to be about 50-50.

Perhaps, by the time I started to watch, some of the mask wearers had become fed up and had taken theirs off!
