Just started using Strava and found there are 2 averages average pace and average elapsed pace, whats the difference between the two?
Also how do I change from Km to miles?
I'm not tech literate so need simple answers where possible.

To change to miles:

Tap the cog for settings
Tap Display
Tap Units of Measure.
