It was fantastic, and such a shame it was won on a complete mishit.
I thought that you were writing about the cricket. It's possibly the most amazing One Day International match ever played!

I don't know anything about cricket Chris, my OH loves it and used to play
Thought it was cricket too, Chris! I can hear my daughter in Devon roaring and we have just take an Apple Watch pic of Dave’s heart rate. Luckily our doctor lives next door. Brilliant cricket!
Yes I really enjoyed it because after my hero got knocked out I didn't care which won. Very tight game, could have gone either way.
They can't half eek out the tennis. Its over - get the motorbikes on.
Both games exciting. I can hear OH yelling away in the other room.
But well done to Djokovic and hopefully England.
Great game, pity about the result .
Wow, I threw my coffee in the air!!!
I agree Chris, best ever. I was wiping between the tennis and the cricket and the cricket was best. So dramatic, amazing, shame about NZ but we deserved it.
Thought it was a cracker. Someone described yesterday's final as "great" but yesterdays was a damp squib compared to today. I suppose i ought to see what's happening in the "cricket room".
Barmaid it went to a Super Over as they were level the end!!!

''Twas me,hands up BM, total misuse of the word great after watching the men's final
Kiwis were unlucky...BUT...well done England.
Watched every minute of the cricket. Absolutely brilliant, Well done England. Have recorded the tennis. Don't mind who won that as I love them both. Records all round it seems. Great day for sport.
It was a Kiwi-born player who enabled England to win...
Poppycock, Corby. It was having an Irish captain. ;-)
rather odd way to decide a cricket match - on the basis of who hit most boundaries. I'd have though who lost fewer wickets would be a good decider.
Yes both great finals decided today by unusual rules - the cricket and the tennis with new final set tie-break rule.
GNESS, the Irishman with the Welsh surname playing for England?
