Anyone else sharing the most amazing sunset, the whole Western sky is on fire (in Dorset anyway). Absolutely beautiful.

"Red sky at night . . . . shepherd's house ablaze!"
Question Author
In our house it's red sky at night - Dorchester's on fire :-)
Amazing here in Bristol, just been up to take some pics.
Webbo, could you upload one or two, please?

It was lovely and now we have a fantastic moon.

It's beautiful, I took a pic of it, I'm in RoI and the colours are just magnificent, I sat out and had a coffee, taking it all in, a wonderful evening :)
“Red sky at night… light of shorter wave lengths is being dissipated by water vapour and atmospheric dust. Red sky in the morning… same.”
