Will the Red Bulls play dodgems again?

Is Lewis still 'off colour'?

Can Haas or even (whisper it) Maclaren trouble the top six?

Will Ferrari burger up their pit stop strategy again?

Lights out at 14:10 - this is when my lovely big OLED TV earns its keep with the excellent Sky UHD feed.

As Lewis is on pole I’m sure he’s not off colour. The Baku GP was one of the best I’ve ever seen.
Will miss the Race today sunny-dave, as I have to go to Hospital for a CT Scan. Will catch up with results later, along with Football Scores etc.

Baku and China were excellent - I don't think Catalunya has the same likelihood of anarchy - unfortunately.

It's not so much his qualifying, Zacs - more that he seems ill at ease and querulous during the races - and that seems to lead to some poor decisions from him and his half of the Merc team.
Question Author
Best wishes for the scan, Redman - highlights on C4 tonight I think?
‘querulous’ is Lewis’s default setting. I don’t think the Mercs are quite on form this year. All makes for a very interesting season tho! Went to British GP last year. What a weekend!
Yes, best wishes redman.

I haven't done a GP in the modern era - 1974/5/6 at Brands and Silverstone was my time - but the 2010 MotoGP (bikes) at the Aragon circuit in Spain was a fantastic weekend - I'd go again anytime.
I want to the Spanish one in about 96, I think. Corporate trip so in the main stand. Alonso won.....you know, when we was good ;-)
Question Author
I keep wanting to go to Singapore - it looks so brilliant - but I'd need to throw some silly money at it as I'd want the full 'Pit Lane Access' package ...
Don't keep teasing Zacs with packages, Dave.... ;-)
Oy big G, butt out, this is a blokes conversation ;-)

Yep Singapore would be amazing. Bloomin long flight for a few days tho, unless you worked it into a holiday.
Told you he wasn’t off colour! ;-)
Ah, so Hamilton won then.

Not bother watching now.
Mmm. Maybe avoid opening a thread entitled Spanish GP if you don’t want to know the winner? Just a thought.
There's that pile of ironing T.
Question Author
At least I was right about Ferrari - and Haas :)
Very confusing this 'spoiler' thread business isn't it.

The thread started off as a general chat about the race then ended up with a spoiler... so how do we know if the thread is a spoiler then?
Dave, Singapore is well worth it, as long as you can put up with being out early for sight seeing and then to the track late for the action. Long days, but excellent. Didn’t have pit access and can imagine that would make it better. Fantastic atmosphere with the late start to the race and the cars look stunning under the lights.
Question Author
If I was waiting to watch the race - I certainly wouldn't open a thread entitled "Spanish GP" - and it wouldn't tell me the result in the OP if it appeared on the AB front page - so I think we're all right?

Thanks angie - I shall contnue to save my pennies and twisting the arms of potential companions :)
