I don't follow it but seems she's been penalised for interfering with another skater so wouldn't progress anyway.

That's a real shame. She doesn't seem to have any luck in the Olympics games, everything goes wrong for her. I haven't seen her run yet today.

it could quite easily get worse ... she might have been badly injured - we don't know yet. It looked vile. even small things can be career-ending if you are an athlete

Absolutely. I'm desperate for her to win the gold in her final chance.
However, it's not surprising she's had the falls. She so wants to win that she risks everything. Let's hope she does it.

After seeing the slo-mo I think she brought todays fall on herself. But I agree it is a real shame and had me shouting at the box.
