Walker's Webbing Pouches

Does anyone know of a supplier of pouches to fit on a walker's (military-style) webbing? The webbing belt I have has TWO rows of holes in it and all of the pouches that I have seen in the shops have NO hook attachments to go through the holes - they only have sliding loops that fit over the belts. I have tried a couple of the military shops nearby but they only stock the SINGLE hole hook attachment pouches. Have searched online but haven't yet come across what I want.

I need them for a major charity walk in the next few weeks so any help would be appreciated
