Good article in the Telegraph this morning Elvis68 Pardew was expected to contribute to a statement on the club's website but decided against it, if he had been quoted as welcoming Kinnear it would have severely restricted his chance of winning a constructive dismissal case should he decide his new working conditions are unacceptable further down the line
