I think it about time that a halt was called to the unnecessary grunting and groaning from tennis players. Surely Wimbledon Officialdom can insist on an end to the racket which is made by individuals such as Maria Sharapova.

It is my view that the banshee ball bashers should be banned.

Come on, vivandron ...

We're all making serving grunts with our posts for the next two weeks (or until it gets REALLY annoying).

"HNUURRRGHHHH !!"
What does it matter what noise they make?

....or does tennis have to be played in silence like snooker?
Question Author
I also groan at his joke.

Wouldn't it be good if snooker players sterted doing grunts, as well.
