There is a £10K jackpot in Today's ITV7. 4 races from Fairyhouse - beginning with the first leg at 3.15 and culminating with the Irish Grand National at 5pm.

Kempton provides the other 3 races.

The ITV7 again has a strange look about it. Across in Ireland and the all weather here. I know it is the Irish National but nothing much else is of interest to me. Perfectly good meets at Plumpton, Chepstow and Redcar passed over for some unfathomable reason. I will give the ITV7 a swerve today, just can't be bothered with it, but I may have a look at Skelton's runners   ...   he wants that title so will have his teams fired up. Try and find 3 or 4 of his or maybe all of em later. Got a bit to do first out the back before the rain starts again.

Yup Skelton has 12 runners out today at 3 different meetings. Th There must be a punt in there for me. Will get back if I decide to play.

Of course as I scan through the runnners looking for value it is also worth pointing out that Mullins has his own runners in some of the races. Skelton is just £27,879 in front at present a couple of good wins for Mullins and he is in front again.

I was a little disdainful like you when i saw the ine up for the ITV7, but the Big Match doesn't kick off until 5.30, and i need something to occupy my interest until then. Hence........

ITV7; above qualifiers plus Top Of The Class, Feet Of A Dancer and Heart Wood. £1 e.w. acca.

Also done a R Robin, e.w. Treble away from the '7', on Public Enemy, Danehill Star and Alex The Great for a possible £1,125.

That makes a change. £40+ ahead after a double in both bets with E/W treble and 3 E/W doubles in one. Skelton seems to have had the better day winning £24k more prize money than Mullins which puts him about £51k ahead. Next to nothing in this game mind.

Nowt for me on the nags, Togo, but the usual tenner on The Clarets to win 2-1 @ 8s made promotion taste all that much sweeter.
