Morning punters everywhere. It's nice to go travelling but oh so nice to come home. Back to normal for me so I will probably have a disaster today. Not even looked at a race card for a week so I have had a long look today. Done the ITV7, how could I not after nearly cracking it 8 days ago, and the usual 4 horse bet. Done little 5, 6, & 7 timer accas on the 7 as well. I see that Summersands is running again today at Redcar but there is no 100/1 on offer today. One to watch for next year. Soon be N.H. time, and the Arc tomorrow. They are talking King George in the rags with Tizzard's Lostintranslation being flagged up. It would be wonderful to see Enable and Frankie win it. Still that is for the future, today is yet to reveal itself.

Tis Marvellous @13/2 2.00 Ascot
Casanova @7/1 3.10 Ascot
Veracious @6/1 3.25 Newmarket
Donjuan Triumphant @5/1 3.40 Ascot
£1.00 E/W Acca. 30p E/W Trebles. 30p Doubles

With those 4 Eva Maria 1.40 Ascot, Lambeth Walk 2.15 Newmarket, and Morando 2.35 Ascot.
Had a long hard look at one of your usual picks, Kynren in the 3.10 Ascot Ken, but have reluctantly given it a swerve.

Morning, and good luck, Togo. I've also gone against Kynren today as i believe there are one or two better handicapped sorts given the underfoot conditions - hopefully Ripp Orf is one of them (watch Kynren sluice home, now!).

Looking forward to tomorrow's Arc and i really do hope Enable signs off with an historical win. Course it's too short to be backed by the likes of you and i so i will most likely try and find one for an e.w. bet or look at the market w/o Enable. That's after i've counted all today's winnings, of course:-)

2.15 N; Bond's Boy @ 8/1
3.10 A; Ripp Orf @ 15/2
4.15 A; Dandhu @ 13/2
4.35 N; Maybe Today @ 7/1

Win singles, 20p Lucky 15, £1 e.w. acca. 4 placed = £45, 4 winners = £5,834.

ITV7; The 2 above participants, plus Eva Maria*, Maygold*, Morando, Iridessa* and Cape Byron. £1 e.w. acca; all placed = £55, all win = £47,305.

*denotes Trixie/Treble selections.

Wouldn't you just know it? Kynren home and hosed.
I said it would sluice home, neither of us having backed it:-(
Still 2 to come in my L15 bet but i have had a bit more luck with my Richard Fahey bet; Eva Maria, Lightning Attack, Summer Sands and waiting for Fairy Stories in the last. Did a 20p Canadian and first one let me down - trainer had 3 in it and i went for top weight Duesenberg (3rd @ 6/1). Thought Fahey was pulling a fast one in putting claimer up to get 3lb off. Still quite hopeful of e.w. component coming in.
Busy watching The Clarets v Everton - possibly last match billing on MOTD tonight - defences totally in control.
Fairy Stories wins and i draw just shy of £90 for my £6.20 stake. Now for tonight's racing and football, :-))

Nice one Ken. Buttons back here for 2 seconds and 2 winners but no complaints. Tired out now after a marathon drive yesterday . Have a look at Longchamp tomorrow I think but leave it until the morning. Like the look of Gosden's Terebellum, but will have a look at the ground before building a punt around it.
Just to inject some added spice to the big race, i've done a straight forecast, Enable to beat Waldgeist. I've no doubt both of O'Brien's horses will play some part in the finish but Andre Fabre has won this race on numerous occasions so i never take his entrants lightly.
You mentioned Terebellum and i have also had a good look at that one. However, i am put off by the fact Frankie is riding it's stablemate, Mehdaayh, and he will (hopefully) be on a high after the Arc.
There are also 3 'Kens' (Kenlova, Kenway and Ken Colt) running at Longchamp and the 'mug punter' in me is desperately trying to break out :-))
Best of luck, Togo, if you decide to have a pop.

Morning Ken. Frankie being on the "other" didn't put me off Terebellum as Barzalona plays second fiddle to no one at Longchamp. He is a top jock in his own right, so I have done t. I have done little muli punts from these 6
Savarin 1.15, Victor Ludorum 1.50, Tayf 2.25, Terebelum 3.55, So Perfect 4.30, & One Master 5.05. May put something to come second to Enable before the off. Good Luck. Or should I say Bonne Chance.

Done Enable to beat Japan. Straight Forecast.
Bit of a turn up.
Did you reverse your forecast, ken?
No, lft it as a SFC but did have a quid e.w. on the winner. Would sooner have seen Enable go out with a bang, though, spice.
Just had a look at all the results so far from Paris and i'm so pleased i kept my inner 'mug punter' under lock and key. 2 of the Kens finished last while the other was second to last:-/
