Morning all. Well didn't exactly get off to a flier as I intended, but still, hope springs eternal.
Todays hopefuls are listed and E/W candidates all.

The Organist @7/1 2.25 Warwick
Topofthegame @9/1 2.40 Kempton
Bollin Ace @10/1 2.50 Wetherby
On The Road @14/1 3.35 Kempton

£1.00 E/W Acca. 6 X 25p E/W Doubles. 4 X 25p E/W Trebles.. Four winners would pay £15k or so.

Morning, Togo. Must admit i toyed with doing On The Road again but that unseat last week puts me off a tad. Probably be kicking myself after the race, but that's gambling for you:-/

Not finished selecting yet but my two main bets are;

With Pleasure @ 8/1 - 12.40 War
Sykes @ 11/1 - 2.25 War
Diese Des Bieffes @ 5/1 - 2.40 Kemp
Krackatoa King @ 8/1 - 3.35 War (Cresswell Breeze rev f/c)

Win singles on all 4, 20p lucky 15, 50p e.w. acca. 4 placed returns approx £32, 4 winners a very decent £4,769.

Mrs Parfois @ 5/2 - 1.50 War
Waiting Patiently @ - 2.05 Kemp
Charming Zen @ 11/4 - 3.45 Kemp

Treble pays just over 33/1, trixie returns 66.6 to unit stake - which equates to just over £200 back if all 3 win.

Best of luck.

Yes Ken. I did ponder that point, but thought......well it was the 4th fence and he didn't take anything out of himself with a hard slog. I have of course listed On The Road as running in the 3.35 at Kempton when it is in fact the 3.35 at Warwick.
Just as long as you got it right on your betting slip, Togo. You know these bookies, any excuse to avoid paying you the full £15K or so:-)

Haha all good there Ken. On Line. Don't think I have written a bet out since Cheltenham last year. I can not be arissed going down to the bookies these days. Less hassle on line and odds are usually better anyway.
The problem with following one of the top stables (as i do with Nicky Henderson) is that they often have 2 or more runners in the line up. Twice today i have plumped for the wrong one of the two, mainly in the trixie where i was waiting for Charming Zen only for stablemate Jenkins to collect. If a fairy godmother granted me one wish, i would ask for hindsight:-/

I know what you say there Ken. I usually give the race a swerve when top trainers have multiple runners in the same race. The Parimutuel has it right there sometimes when they link trainers on their tote system.
