Is it legal / OK to sell a second-hand cycle helmet? they seem less complicated than motorcycle helmets, so I wondered if they are more likely to be bought secondhand. I am asking on behalf of a charity, which has been given a few of them. Also, if we decide not to sell them, is there an organisation which would want them? Thanks

Legally you mean ?

I'd have thought it someone was willing to buy them then there ought not be an issue. Trouble is the buyer needs to be sure it's not damaged from use, although hopefully that should be obvious.
