I thought the best part was that it was a scouser who threw it onto the pitch..............does that count as an own goal?

I thought thy were making a fuss over nothing, until I saw the goal on TV last night for the first time.

Ridiculous.

However imagine the scrap if the ref had insisted on a drop ball! There would be lawsuits happening now.
