Any fruit jelly, cranberries, rowan jelly, blackberry, absolutely anything fruit.
mash and beans
nom nom nom
Ooh, you can't beat mash and beans, unless you add a lightly fried egg to it!!
Mash n gravy with some parsnips and sprouts.
I'd do cold food.

Salad, potato salad, crusty bread, olives....bits and bobs.
I make a quick beetroot pickle. Cook beetroot and then mix up some redjelly with half vinegar & half water and pour over the beetroot - let it set mmmmm
Cheese & potato pie is great. You can prepare it in advance and it’s served in a dish at the table so you can have as much or as little as you like depending on how much you’ve over indulged or how hungover you are!
A nice pasta salad?
A platter with smoked salmon. prawns, palma ham, chorizio, melon, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and a few leaves delicious.
I like all that. Just serve it up and I'll eat it. Bubble and squeak is nice too, if you have any left over veggies.
rice. [hot or cook it then chill it] You can throw all sort of flavourings into
rice. Or pasta [again hot or chilled]
When you have added all the ingredients from other A/Bs,, don't forget the Bisto Chicken gravy granules! heaven !!!!!!
Have you tried Aunt Bessie's chicken yorkshires yet?
I made this last year - it is to die for! It was actually repeated recently on TV (surprise surprise). It's not as easy to do as Jamie makes out, but it's well worth it

crusty bread, cheese's, olives, salads etc

or egg and chips :-)
I'd go with the bubble and squeak. Can't beat that with cold meat and pickles. We always have that on Boxing day. Yummie, could eat it now!!!!
A winter salad of shredded red cabbage, coarsely grated beetroot and walnuts and maybe some crumbled feta, hard goats or a little blue cheese and tossed with a simple vinaigrette dressing.

A warm potato salad with capers, gherkins and herbs of your choice (parsley & chives are good), again tossed in a basic vinaigrette. You can add hard boiled eggs if you want to beef it up.
A tabbouleh salad made with bulgar wheat, lots of parsley and other soft herbs, finely diced deseeded cucumber, toasted pine nuts or walnuts, a handful of raisins, a good glug of olive oil and lots of lemon juice.
Roast potatoes, salad and homemade chutney/red onion marmalade
i really want ham egg and chips now
