I bought some personlised Christmas Cards online fron 24Studio, they came, very nice they are too, 8x6 good quality, this was about a month ago, inside the packaging was a letter saying I had been awarded a digital camera as I had been a very good custome (I have had quite a lot of stuff over 3/4 yrs)
I had to ring a number for the code, fill in the form and put a first class stamp inside which I did, when I phoned up there was an automated 5 minute message, at the end the 'code' was given....
yes... you've guessed it....no camera ! and that phone call cost me £9-60p, I am fuming at myself, there is no address only a PO Box number somewhere in Weston Super Mare, I have just viewed my telephone bill online and nearly choked with rage,,,, and I fekkin' worked for BT as well, I know ! I deserved what I got !!!
<end of rant>

Had same from Tesco compititon....never got goodies but cost-a-lot of fone time. You text back 'STOP' to end it.
Was the letter from 24Studio or just one of those junk mail type things you get in magazines and catalogues?
New Year resolution Bobbi......'I shall not be conned again' !
don't think they will do anything ummmm they probably get paid to put them in with peoples stuff so they won't care.

Hiya Joy - Get in touch with BBC watchdog and report them - you might be on the next programme.

As they say if something seems to good too be true - then it nearly always is. Obviously though, you would think this could have been genuine as it came from Studio Cards Joy.

Report to Trading Standards.
consider it a lesson learned, Her Royal Highness, Queen Bobbisox of the North. at least you'll know better next time.
selfish people don't have consciences; they'll to anything to scam others.
To Her Royal Highness, Queen Bobbisox of the North. I know how you feel, we've all done it at some time or other, got caught! Get in touch with Angela Rippon. She's got a programme on at the moment called Rip Off. They might be able to advise you. Best of luck. Marbert.
