I have recently purchased a new Kindle and am in the process of getting it set up. However, I am at a loss as to how to load one game and What's App that I had on my previous Kindle. I know they are Google Play items and they shouldn't really be available on Kindle but I do have Google Play. When I go to the apps it says they are already installed but they do not appear on this machine. I have made this my default so can my problem be resolved. I cannot access my former machine to delete the apps from there to try and re-install. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Do you have the option "purchased on another device" or similar wording

Hi , there is no message other than saying it is already installed.

Have you bought a Kindle or a Fire?
Question Author
It is a kindle fire hd
Sorry to be pedantic but there is no such thing as a Kindle Fire, it is either a Kindle or a Fire, totally different devices both made by Amazon.
So, do you have a Kindle or a Fire?
The "Fire" used be called "Kindle Fire" until late 2015 so it's understandable.
True, Corby, but the opening post makes no mention of Fire so I wondered if JJB had really bought a Kindle as he said.
