I've just received an email from 'BT' to inform me that unless I update my details urgently by using the clickable button provided at the bottom of the page, my account has been scheduled for termination within two days.

It all looks very authentic but one thing clicked. BT it ain't!

The email address usually gives it away. I'm get these types of emails everyday now.

As BT will tell you, they don't operate that way.

No doubt clicking as they ask let's them into your email account, and all sorts of mayhem ensues.
