This type of letter is as old as the hills, any respondent will then be asked to forward a small admin fee, normally via a non traceable account, e.g. Western Union.

I have 10 from the last week.....including one from the NHS (not of course!) I am worth bundles...oh and I have won several vouchers for Target...which I think may be an American shop!! I love them....they just make me laugh!
