I have just come off six, twelve hour nights, and drank my weekly bottle of red wine, but because of your post, I had to run around to the offee and get another bottle! Shame on you!

Anyway, This Saturday morning, is really like a Saturday night to normal people, and I normally down one bottle of red with a bottle of tonic, that is per week mind you. But, our friend Luna has shocked me into a second bottle, and oh boy, I aint arf gonna sleep now!
But he STILL hasn't posted, texted, or rang!
Why? I can't go a third bottle - it's rainng and I would get wet going to the shop!

Luna, I am so very sorry you're not well again, but you know your depression will lift, don't you. You know it always does. Just bear with it - promise me that?
Talking is good therapy Luna, so talk on here about it as much as you want to - I, and I know many other people, are always ready to listen - and never forget, some of us have been there so understand what you're going through. You have friends here who care very much about you, you know. x

Oh Luna, depression is an absolute bar steward of a mood.
As Naomi (and Bob Hoskins) says, it's good to talk so why don't you make use of these people that are wishing you wel and want to help. Chances are they know more about it than you think, it's very common.
Besides, it can sometimes be hard to open up to people you do know, a bunch of strangers could be just what you need.
