If YOUR holy book told you to kill people,
Would you?

Bet you wouldnt?
So why defend a book that does?
Probably because you havnt read it......

You had your vaccinations yet nailit ?
Question Author
You read your Bible yet Anne?
I do believe that Ive posted in the right catagory.
R&S and not B&S?

Apologies otherwise and you're free to post elswhere
Anne might have been referring to your reluctance to be vaccinated, which might stem from you reading unsubstantiated 'books' (i.e. online stuff).

So you don't think AB has any potential religious murderers.

Well, that's good news. Thanks for that.
Question Author
Athiest, I know exactly what anne was referring to but R&S isnt the place to refer to it.

Eh?
Where would you like me to post nailit re my interest of your vaccine status ?
eeewwww
you bin talking to the mormons innit
seventies they were very keen on
"papal infallibility - foo if his holiness said it was gonna rain the next day and it didnt - what then?"
Are you referring to the Bible, the Qur'an or all the above?

As allready stated Anne,
(In case you cant read)

In the appropriate catagory, thanks...
Do you Nailit personally anneasquith?

If you don’t, why on earth would you be interested in his vaccine status?

Moreover, what bloody business is it yours?
And only yesterday anneasquith wanted threads kept on topic. How are vaccinations relevant here, Anne?
:+))

And I was referring to the very real verses in so called 'Holy books' that reference the killing of unbelievers by the sword.

Cant quiet see the connection there atheist, between a persons choice...and hesitancy... to accept a vaccine that they have very real concerns about and the God Gang killing all and sundry because they have a different belief!

Anyway,
If your holy book told you to kill people,
would you?
Could you?
Doubtful.....

BUT IT DOES!!

Question Author
//Where would you like me to post nailit re my interest of your vaccine status ? //

Why would you want to start a thread on an ABers vaccine status?
Why do you have an interest in it?
That's usually my point, nailit... nobody sane would kill, because of a book.
It's pointless to either defend, or attack, an inanimate book, when it's people who are at fault. The problem is, it almost gives an attempt at excuse "their religion says so".
But as you say, that doesn't usually work... it's the underlying reasons we need, so we can work out what is best to do.
Guns don't kill people, readers of Bibles and Qurans do.
Some people on here could start a fight in a phone box
Well, not exactly, roy. Murderers would be more accurate!
