Why?

I love Rachel Riley - no sign of her loving me back!
He never writes or phones...why should I?
Well he shows his love to some people in the cruellest of ways then.
Theland; I love you. Do you love me back?
We should do as we feel is right and not try to make others think as we do but accept we are all different and have the choice.

God doesn't exist.
Shouldn't you ***?
Why would I? What an odd question......
Theland, if your God existed I couldn't love such an evil being and I'd be really miffed if I was the sort of person such an evil being loved...x

If you think the greatest being you can imagine got something wrong, then maybe Him getting it right, is being misunderstood by we, His creation.
There can be no good, if we dont know what good is. How do we compare? What with?

He did...the dreaded Orange album.
Are you comfortable switching between this thread preaching love of God and the other thread spouting distrust of anyone slightly different to you?

If so, you should be thoroughly ashamed.

The standard fervent getout - it's not God's fault, it's ours for 'misunderstanding' him.

Ever heard of a wife beater saying "See what you made me do?"

It's the same principle.

No Mamya, I am not ashamed at all.
I have a healthy distrust of those, until they prove otherwise, of any people belonging to groups with a track record of broken trust.
Bangladeshi Muslims for example.

No Andy it is not. That is a poor example.
I thought not, you have confirmed my feelings about you.

Catholic priests?

I have a healthy distrust of them because they belong toa group with a track record of broken trust ... except I don't, because I am not a bigot who lumps people together like that.
Theland - // No Andy it is not. That is a poor example. //

Well you woudl say that - wouldn't you.

In terms of the fact that you judge people negatively on the basis that they hold a faith different from yours, an ethnicity different from yours, and a sense of compassion different from yours, I think you and your god absolutely ddeserve each other.
Trust me Andy he has little time for Catholics full stop, including me.

Stated I was in a cult - I has more compassion in my little toe than he has ever had.
Mamya - // Trust me Andy he has little time for Catholics full stop, including me.

I am an atheist, and I am still more of a Christian than Theland on a bad day.
