There are many terms and dogmas associated with, '' Wokeism,'' and I don't profess to completely understand them all.
Some of them are :-
Diversity, Integration, Equality, (D.I.E.)
Virtue Signalling.
Gaslignting.
Subconscious racism.
White privilege.
Victimhood.
Phobias of all colours and hues.
Intersectionality.
Mysogyny.
Homophobia.
Transphobia.
My simplistic understanding of all of the above, which is not exhaustive, is that the major problem, is the white, ''privileged,'' (whatever that means), male.
So, without me supplying more information, what do you think?

Theland, you aren't doing yourself any favours here...
If you are referring to positive discrimination, (something I never agreed with, until AB educated me).. . You must realise that the idea is to reduce favouritism, not increase it. If not, can you give examples of where non-white people, say, have a genuine advantage? I think you are seeing it about individuals personally, while ignoring the rest of the picture? But I will wait to see how black people in general have taken over "the advantage" ...

Positive discrimination, is racist.
We should be aspiring to equality of opportunity, not equality of outcome, so if ethnic minorities aspire to fulfil their ambitions, then being colour blind should be a contributory and helpful factor, and anything remotely racist is a hindrance.
The chief executive of the John Lewis partnership is a black woman. She attained that position purely on merit, and is a shining example of strength and independence of spirit without the need for discriminatory help.
On the other hand, the BBC and the police, have both engaged in positive discrimination and favoured blacks over whites, which is clearly unfair on white students who have worked hard to gain a degree, and have their ambitions thwarted because they are white!

Looking at that Guardian article, I am disgusted at the inference that actor Lawrence Fox is anything but a decent upright proud British patriot, when in fact he has clearly been a victim of the Wokism that is pervading our culture.
One of the reasons he has launched a new political party called Reclaim, not with ambitions to form a government, but to remind the Conservative party that votes are loaned to them, conditional on them standing up for our values, and standing against the Leftism, like Antifa and the Globalists who are such a threat to us.

Diane Abbott and Dawn Butler along with David Lammy are mouthpieces for disgruntled black culture, whether it was the riots following the shooting of the violent black gangster Mark Duggan, stop and searching black gangs because of black on black murders, or complaining about the numbers of blacks in the justice system, who have gone to prison, of course having gone through the apolitical courts.
Rather than allow the justice system to unfold without interference, these noisy representatives see it all as racism in action, and I believe, undermine respect for the system by continuously looking for racist motivation in everything done by the authorities.

I am unable to read minds and, if I could, yours would present great difficulties. Strange you should suggest reading Gas Meters because I never failed to establish facts from them in years gone by, unlike the supposed words of God which you read and believe are true in the Bible.

As this is an anonymous site, I am completely free to speak from the heart without embarrassment or hindrance, (I would so speak anyway anywhere anytime), I can tell you that the only fear I have is what will happen to my family when I'm gone, (they rely on me quite a bit).
