When Did God Create Satan?

In the beginning there was God and the Void. God created a bunch of stuff then Satan starts talking to Adam and Eve.

He was God's favourite angel, Lucifer means - light, but he started to believe he was as good as God and wanted to be worshipped like God. He was cast out of Heaven and became God's enemy

If you read the biblical story of the creation you will find that God initially created a race of beings - men? Who knows, but they were made in God's image, so that would depend upon what he looked like. Adam was created afterwards as a gardener/farmer. Since Cain's wife couldn't have materialised out of nowhere she would have belonged to the first bunch, so no real mystery there. (The churches don't broadcast that bit of the story though - and I suspect that so accustomed are they to the Adam and Eve saga that they don't even realise there's more).

When did God create Satan? Presumably when he created all the others.
