Officially recognised by who?
You can start here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Religion_in_the_United_Kingdom

The main religions are commonly held to be

Christianity - in all its guises
Islam - ditto
Sikhism
Judaism
Buddhism

plus many many other minor faiths including Rastafarianism, and so on.
What do you mean by 'officially recognised'?
There is no requirement (or, indeed, facility) for religious groups to register with anyone in the UK. So there are no 'officially recognised' religions (other, possibly, than those where the monarch is head of a Church).

Over 1300 different responses were accepted as valid answers in response to the question about religion in the 2011 Census in England & Wales. They're listed in this spreadsheet (which requires Excel, or a compatible program, to view it):

The UK will not recognise Scientology as a religion but does not ban the organisation or prevent people joining.
