I will not complaint about anything like this personally. Because it will only make people look into religion (whatever) they believe in and finally that would lead people towards the truth.

I don�t really give a hamsters nadgers about it to be honest, I don�t find it offensive or anything at all really, but if we assume a broad estimate of 60/40 split in UK between believers/non believers, then 57 complaints out of a potential 3.66m is not going to set Fleet Street alight is it.
It is almost encouraging though hat this small group of �protestors� have been heard though, even if nothing comes of it. I wonder how many of the 57 were atheists trying to drum up some press space!

The whole point is the advert says probably, a word never mentioned in religion, it's a statement of facts.... if it was a case of....
"Jesus probably died for our sins"
then you might have a case. Although for something to be probably it needs to be tested to see if it is likely. Far more evidence that god probably doesn't exist than he does hence the ton and accuracy of the advert.

Wo Wo � Jesus (pbuh) never died for my sins. Why would he take my sins any way? I should be responsible for my own sins. Even a local judge does not imprison Son for the crimes of the Father or vice versa so why would God forgive my sins because Jesus (pbuh) died for that. I am not from the ones who believe that, and you are mistaken.

Besides which, if he'd only bothered to actually read the very clauses from the CAP code he's citing on his website it would be immediately obvious why his claim holds no water.
The CAP Code, which the ASA administers, says:
'SUBSTANTIATION
'3.1 Before distributing or submitting a marketing communication for publication, marketers must hold documentary evidence to prove all claims, whether direct or implied, that are capable of objective substantiation.
So, er... someone needs to look up the word 'objective' for him.
