Carry On catchphrase "Infamy! Infamy! They've all got it in for me!" has been voted as the funniest movie gag ever in a poll carried out by Sky Movies Comedy. Other classics included:
"He's not the Messiah, he's a very naughty boy." Terry Jones as Brian's mother - Life Of Brian (1979).
And.
"Do you have a license for your minkey?" Peter Sellers as Inspector Clouseau - The Return of the Pink Panther (1975).
What would you say is the funniest line in movie history?

my all time favourite, again, from the Carry Ons, 'Carry On Screaming, was whan kenneth Williams falls int the vat of boiling mixture, with the cry of 'Frying Tonight'.
I like the last line of "Some Like it Hot", when Jack Lemmon, dressed as a woman, and desperately trying to get out of his engagement to a rich old man, confesses that he's not a woman at all. "Well, nobody's perfect!"
He's not the messiah is my favourite
I liked "You were only supposed to blow the bleedin' doors off" spoken by Michael Caine in the ORIGINAL Italian Job.

From Dr Strangelove, Gentlemen you cant fight in here, this is the war room.
"He's not the Messiah ... " is my all time favourite and the Dr Strangelove one is a close second but I love the one in The Pink Panther film (I think it was "Revenge of ..) where Peter Sellers, dressed as Toulouse Lautrec, opens the door, takes delivery of a bomb and when he's not able to give a tip says "I'm sorry, I'm a little short tonight". That is such a cliche but it always creases me up
