false advertising

a well known dvd rental club is advertising a film that i am very interested in watching. the film was made in 1988 and is a foreign film that does not appear to be available at all in this country. it states on the dvd club site that the release date is 'to be confirmed'. since the movie is nearly 20 years old now, i personally do not beleive that it will ever be available through the rental club. the reason i have taken exception to this, is that i have complained 4 times and told them they are falsely representing the size of their library, yet they do nothing about it. how can i make them do something about it. i feel that what they are doing is wrong.
