The Covid PPE scandal is one of the most egregious examples  of political sleaze and mismanagement of public money in recent memory. £10bn was wasted on unusable PPE and that's the figure that comes from the government itself. Now it is all about to be uncovered  about the Conservatives dodgy deals and cronyism during the pandemic that has now paved the way the appointment of a covid corruption commissioner.   Can't wait ..bring it on Sir keir.

If you're going to C&P Gulliver, at least have the good grace to acknowledge the source (it was clear it was a C&P job as there's no way Gulliver could use a word like egregious).

Nope - took about 30 secs. If you want to pass off somebody else's words as your own, it's best to paraphrase rather than  repeat verbatim.

Private Eye covered this story extensively with the corrupt Tories robbing the public purse of many millions of pounds during their disastrous 14 year rule.

The latest issue of Private Eye reveales that the Chancellor (Rachel Reeves) has accepted hospitality (a dinner) to the value of £100 – shocking behaviour from a Labour minister.

Hymie 08.23 "Private eye covered this story extensively with the corrupt Tories robbing the public purse of many millions of pounds during their disasterous 14 years rule." ......But Naomi tells me on a thread of mine yesterday Sunday that "I keep talking about the Conservatives lining their pockets with taxpayers money and that equates to accusing them of stealing  which is  unacceptable.
