HAVE you wondered why everything from atomic particles to vast galaxies is governed by precise mathematical laws? ? Have you reflected on life itself??—its variety, its complexity, and its amazing design?? Many attribute the universe and the life in it to a great cosmic accident and evolution. Others give credit to an intelligent Creator. Which viewpoint do you feel is more reasonable?? Romans 1 .20

‘ governed by precise mathematical laws?’

Apart from dark matter which throws a curve ball into ALL known cosmological theories, you mean?
Theland, your belief in God clearly causes you endless worry and searching.

If he is so loving, why doesn't he give you a sign that will prove his existence and stop your daily fretting on here?

You must be really hard to live with!
Scientists searching for god can be likened to a blind man in a room with no light searching for a black cat. People with faith think they have found it.
For those who believe no explanation is necessary. For those who do not believe no explanation is possible.
‘For those who do not believe no explanation is possible‘

That’s not even english
It is beyond man's imagination to concieve what God is like. If you are truly interested, there are groups that have helpful studies to consider these matters. Mathematical laws, like God, were invented by Man.
‘ there are groups that have helpful studies to consider these matters’

If it’s beyond man’s imagination, surely their wasting their time?
They’re wasting
Perfectly good English.
//For those who believe no explanation is necessary. For those who do not believe no explanation is possible.//

That oft-repeated mantra is as nonsensical as the old chestnut about those who don’t believe in God will believe in anything - each statement designed to justify belief in imaginary Gods despite its irrationality.

By the way, the people at the end of reg’s link don’t appreciate dissenters. They simply want to tell you how it all works. Believers only should apply.

Where does the information in DNA come from?
Where does any information originate?

I'm afraid you are wrong.
Endless searching, ie learning, yes.
Endless worry?
Definitely not!
You've heard the hymns, ''Amazing Grace,'' and, ''Blessed Assurance?'' Well I'm thankful for the first and in full possession of the second.
I've had all the signs I need, and they keep on coming!
As for fretting, you are clearly trying to be pedantic and patronising, for reasons I can't fathom, its something you've dreamt up for effect.
It had no effect.
The people at the end of Reg's link welcome everybody, even dissenters, and are running the Alpha course, hosted by Nicky Gumbel at Holy Trinity Brompton.
Its a shame that nice people are targeted with derogatory remarks such as those from Naomi.
Venator - its nice to see your years of study have not been wasted.
No
I don`t know the answer to your question locusts but do know that now I`m past caring about it especially as I`ll never know! The big bang theory doesn`t help me as the nothingness that TheLand mentions is where I am on this subject.
When God created the universe, He didn't leave His picks and shovels lieing about, like a half finished building site, so that when found, they would be the evidence for God so often used as w requirement for belief.
No! He left us a whole universe to marvel at, yet the churlish cry goes out, '' so what? I haven't seen any evidence!''
Erm ..... Yeah okaaaaaaay ......... But look what He built!
Nah! Deaf ears. None so blind etc etc.
But we'are all on our way to see Him, some sooner, some later, and He waits, patiently He waits.
