Despite people and their devotion to various patron gods,

The great issue facing each one of us, Is it rising sea levels and freak weather caused by global warming? Is it depletion of the ozone layer, leading to dangerous exposure to the sun’s harmful ultraviolet rays? Is it a population explosion, which compounds other global problems, such as poverty and crime, coronavirus pandemic? Or is it the prospect of the annihilation of untold millions in a nuclear war, with any holocaust survivors eventually dying in agony from cold, starvation, or radiation?

I don't post questions on religion from one year's end to the next, because I couldn't care less.

kawakiri - Your post is in Maori, but Google Translate doesn't handle it, so you might as well re-post in English if you want anyone to know what you are saying.
It’s not Maori.
Lakota spirituality, Wakan Tanka (Standard Lakota Orthography: Wakȟáŋ Tȟáŋka) is the term for the sacred or the divine. This is usually translated as the "Great Spirit" and occasionally as "Great Mystery".

Thanks for clarifying.

It appears to have foxed the Google Translate software, which thinks it's Maori and was then unable to translate it.
