How Much Lie Is Ok ?

If I want build exciting health blog I need something different so one possibility is made up facts and figures. How much should be true ?

Lies are NOT ok. You will be publishing information that people will want to trust. Unfortunately, too many are not willing to research even though it's easy enough to check out scientific journals.

It is easy to research but most real facts are boring. I need something to spice it up.

Researchers from a Scottish university looked at eighty-five health and lifestyle blogs in seven European countries in 2015.

They looked at what they classed as minor, major and serious errors in the claims made over an eighteen month period.

They found 45% minor, 18% major and 7% serious errors, including some that "would have endangered life".

If you can make sure your false claims are not serious enough to endanger life, go for it.

I would say all of it should be true. In trying to 'spice it up' you may get carried away and tell some bigger lies. As far as I'm concerned , lieing is not an option.
