Another passenger disputes some of Emily's claims. https://www.birminghammail.co.uk/news/midlands-news/thomas-cook-crop-top-plane-15974261 My view for what it's worth is that she was under dressed for a flight, that's a bralet - I wouldn't have made a fuss about it though. The rules should be more specific rather than leaving staff to try to...

Going by Emily's logic, if i wanted to board a flight naked then I have every right to do so.
That point was put to her in the video you posted and she replied - No.
Question Author
Then she managed (although may not have realised) to debunk her theory of she can wear what she wants
// Good for her she stuck to her principles but, i mean.. it did get her kicked off the flight //

No it didn't

Morning viewers slam woman, 21, who was almost removed from a Thomas Cook flight
Whether the outfit contravenes regulations is for the cabin crew to decide - and maybe the issue was not dealt with as tactfully as it could have been.

That said, I would suggest that the lady does appear to have over-reacted, but that is rather the way with so many platforms to air 'offence' these days.

"No it didn't "

Correct, i should have added almost[ got her kicked off the flight.
I think it’s just a storm in a d cup
I wouldn't feel very comfortable if I was sitting next to her. Too much bare flesh too close. Selfish undignified little hussy.
Question Author
See i'd have no problem sat next to her but i'd only have a problem with the delay and drama she was causing. Toorak that has got me cracking upppp hahahahahahaha
No one comes out of this well.

The flight crew should have dealt with it sensitively (although it is difficult to know who to believe). I mean if they tannoyed "would the lady in row g with her knockers nearly out please put them away" I get she might be offended. One report says she was spoken to sensitively. So who knows. Of course their dress code guidelines are not clear.

But she comes across as a bit of an entitled idiot who is behaving a bit stupidly in a) dressing like that for a 7am flight in March so it does come across as slightly attention seeking and b) going to the media with it. "I was shaking". FGS suck it up, buttercup - you were asked to put a jacket on, not sacrifice your first born.
Not that I would wear it, but it does seem rude to make judgements about customer clothing out loud. It isn't indecent exposure, which rule was it actually breaking?
Question Author
lmao BM i agree with you.. Deffo acting entitled to be offended. It's that age isn't it.
It does sort of depend whether she was sitting next to a stranger or family. I don't think she's indecent - it would be worse to smell bad in such close quarters. Planes aren't the warmest of places though, I'm getting cold just looking at her. So on that basis no, it's not appropriate for a flight - if I wore that on a plane I'd be freezing.
Question Author
I'm not sure i think if it's a bra or not, it's prone to a nip slip if turbulence occured.
I wouldn't let my daughter wear it. Couldn't care less about anyone else though.
Turbulence did occur, Spath; however, it was prior to takeoff, and she was the proximate cause of it.
Question Author
LOL sanmac:)

The 'crop top' does seem to have many holes in it, like it has been crocheted. I wonder if in person it's more revealing.
foo ! ( a favourite well used AB "word")
she doesnt exactly look as though she has finished dressing, does she?
phoooooar !
// I mean if they tannoyed "would the lady in row g with her knockers nearly out please put them away"//
whereas,
..... if they tannoyed "would the 'lady' in row g with her knickers nearly off please put them back on"
it would have been OK on the grounds of public decency

I.... see - and to see some other Aber wondering what she smelt like - I can only say I am shocked ! shocked !
