Does anybody feel interested in Bible typology?
Do you understand it as a way of unlocking the Bible?

No and no. Fake news.
Naomi, I take it that you have some proof that it is fake news?
I’m not sure how to answer that, danny. When information is specifically interpreted in order for it to appear to align with different information, what would you consider ‘proof’?
Naomi, you made an assertive statement whereas actually, in the absence if any proof, you could only express your opinion.
Of course it's my opinion. I didn't say otherwise. What's your opinion?
Naomi, I don't have one either way.
Oh right. Why were you looking for proof then?
Because you posted 'fake' news as fact, not your opinion.
If it wasn't my opinion I wouldn't have written it. Is this just an argument for argument's sake, danny?
Naomi, no not really, I just think that you should have made it clear that you were only expressing your opinion.
Never heard of it before AFAIR but looking it up it seems to be a case of pattern matching and then claiming a genuine connection ? In which case I don't see how it does anything much other than give an insight into the human mind.
Do you want me to do that on every post, danny - and does your demand apply to everyone - or just me?
I think on occasion an individual can feel put out if they read what appears to be a statement of fact which isn't backed up. But the only solution is either to state every post that is opinion, that it is just opinion, which is impracticable, or ask when there's doubt, for clarity.
Come on Naomi. it wasn't a demand, it was an observation.
Carry on observing if it pleases you, danny. This is boring.
I couldn't agree more.
Same as OG.I read something about St Paul and things that are meant to be 'answered' in the NT from events in the OT.

Not for me though.Lots more interesting books for me to delve into...
Well then stop. It's petty and silly.
Folk don't need to get in the last word.
(But I'm, winning at present.)
Regarding typology, isn't life just full of co-incidences anyway?
