Travelling Community.

Knowing 3 people who have dealings with them, I certainly don't.

yeah I think they are human like the rest of us.

also had dealings with them over a terrible children's disease ( TBM ) and found how human and like the rest of us, they were ..... Have only dealings with the ones who have 'settled' and they may be calmer than others.

Don't go drinking with them - even the women are liable to start a fight ( both in-group and with strangers) and win!

I've met a few decent ones over the years.

I was in the pub and there was a traveller wedding upstairs in the function room. A row broke out and the bride bottled the groom.

As I have said before, when you use these 'car washes' you are most likely lining the pockets of travellers ...and of course supporting slave labour.

They have a warped sense of right and wrong, respect and entitlement. And because of that they do whatever they want, whenever they want and think the rest of us owes them that as a right.

They can at times appear to be relatively civilised but scratch below the first veneer of 'normality' and see how animalistic, brutal and selfish they are.

Nope. I’ve had them threaten me before on my way into work(at the hospital!).
Viz had it right years ago, they’re all TGB’s, it’s ingrained in them.
Whenever there’s a funeral of one of them they act however they see fit and park anywhere they like with impunity.

I remember that Viz cartoon from the late 80s. It was only published the once. They were threatened with prosecution if they continued.
