Spain conquered Morocco many years ago and many Jews lived in Morocco.

The Spanish INSISTED the Jews converted to Catholic religion (how arrogant of them), and if the Jews refused they were to be put to death.

Hundreds of Jews left Morocco and went to Italy, Holland and even to the UK.

THAT is why I hate religion.

p.s. The actress June Brown from Eastenders was on "Who do you think you are" (an old show but repeated on TV recently).

One of her ancestors was a Jew who was thrown out of Morocco and came to England via Italy and Holland and he became a famous bare knuckle fighter in England.

The prevalence of paedophilia and related images doesn't bear this out, I don't say it didn't happen, but could never have flourished on the scale it appears to now.

Because beliefs differ there is a risk that on a planet full of intolerant people it will unite people into many disparate groups who will then feud against each other. Only tolerance and agreement on that which is provable can unite the whole.

Well, the free exchange of images is also the thing which keeps you informed? I am not sure it is worse than say, at the BBC in the 70s?

The fact you know about it, or think you know about it, is evidence that comms tech has unified us in a positive way. We know it's abhorrent and exists.
