Halloween Fall On A Weekend!

Don't you wish that we embraced halloween like the yanks instead of swithing off our lights and hiding everytime the bell rings? We should get more involved as apparently according to blair we stand shoulder to shoulder with the Americans when it comes to bombing poor civillians but not when it comes to accepting their culture.
I love dressing up and going out with likeminded people on halloween how about you?

I think we embrace it more than enough thanks. I did more than my fair share when my daughter was little and even now I get up to a dozen knocks at the door. it's a pain in the proverbial.

Hmmm that's got me thinking, what if a kid comes around who has a nut allergy and then take a sweet off you that has nuts in and is hospitalised? Can they sue you?

The problem is we don't do the same as the yanks, there the young children dress up and enjoy themselves. Here they go around in gangs, don't dress up, don't want sweet but want money instead and if they don't get it you're liable to get a few more scratches on the car.

Probably but their dress up ideas include a ski mask and ak 47 and their "Trick or treat" cry is changed for a "This is a robbery,anyone moves and we'll blow your head off"

Switch off the lights and lock the door. How do you know who these people are with scary masks on their faces? Evenn with kids I wouldnt open the door.
