When sending a parcel overseas you use CN22 (Customs Form), but do you still need to use stamps too? Like 1st or 2nd class? (I'm from the UK)

You need stamps or a printed postage label to pay for the postage cost , you do not pay for the customs form.1st and 2nd class stamps are worth whatever the current cost of a 1st or 2nd class is.
