Why is it that non white British citizens are treated with kid gloves, given preferential treatment and have everyone around them walking on eggshells?
Is it because the politically correct liberal madness prevalent throughout government still defines them as a victimised oppressed minority that's under the thumb of the right wing bigoted white fascist?
It's ridiculous. It would be funny if there wasn't an element of truth in it.
I refer of course to sp1814's racist thread in news. It's only racist and bigoted if you're white or British.

Elderman, You attribute one 'unknown' to another 'unknown', and then talk about 'reason'. You don't know the meaning of the word.
Birdie:
You can’t see what is under your noses!! Can you?
The object of the illustration is to show what man has done to God’s creation. But any reasoning person would know that when a landlord sees what his tenants do to his house, he evicts them and restores the house. God is soon going to evict those that have ruined his earth and restore the earth to its original purpose. The new tenants will be those who will respect and care for the earth.

As to why the suffering – so many times I have told you all why but you want to ignore it because it is not in line with your pre-conceived ideas.
Naomi: I give up on you!
Elderman, //Naomi: I give up on you! //

Promise? :o))))
Hey everyone take a chillpill - A long time ago when I was a little girl racial predjudice was rife , laws were made to counteract this , a lot of bigots thought that they were being hard done by- so I guss that their children would have been brought up the same .Times change people become more aware that the world contains more than on race and gradually respect for all casts and creeds come in to being. Sadly we havn't got there yet ergo Scottben the problem you see before you.
Just make sure that your own children and grandchildren are more enlightened.
@ Elderman - Typical frothing-at-the-mouth diatribe on a thread you have hijacked to preach your sanctimonious gibberings.

Elderman Says -
"Are we not also living in an age of uncontrolled violence, bloodshed, and immorality?" The survey ( and logic, and reason) says - No, actually. Thats what laws and the courts are for, thats why we have police and Crimewatch is for. As for immorality, well actions termed immoral are almost invariably called that by the zealots, for whom sex and sexuality are problematic.

Elderman says ; " Regardless of what man does to try to rectify the damage he has done to the physical earth, he can never restore to life the estimated one hundred million who have died in his wars during this century; nor can he bring back the millions murdered by criminals or the countless sad victims who die of hunger."

The survey says - more gloomy guts nonsense. Man can do a lot to aid the earth - hence the global green and evironmental protection movements,a cause that grows stronger each year. There are setbacks for sure, but lots of people, scientists, naturalists and governments are recognising the value of the environment and working harder to preserve it.Whilst it's true we cannot restore the dead to life, let us remember that many of those deaths can be laid at the door of fanatical adherence to religion - the schisms of religious dogma result in the blood of the innocent being shed. The bigger picture shows exponential growth of the global human population.Hunger and poverty are serious issues, but do not try to suggest that only the church attempt to do anything constructive about it- far from it.

Elderman says - " Certainly, he cannot restore the estimated 40 to 60 million unborn babies whose lives are ended by abortion each year."
The survey says - Number of abortions globally is around 40-50 million. The total number of global live births is around 140 million a year. No one should be blase or casual about abortions, - 40 million is far, far too many - but in developing countries to outlaw abortion would ultimately exacerbate problems created by hunger and poverty. In developed countries, the incidence of abortion, especially late term abortion, is tending to trend either static or showing a gradually decrease - greater access to and education in contraception. To equate every termination with the loss of an individual shows a lack of understanding of embryology and biology. Ultimately, to outlaw abortion, the zealots preferred option, would deprive women of their reproductive rights and once again return them to the status of brood mares- a position that the religious fanatics would love.

Elderman says;
" Reason tells us that God must soon act to save the earth from man’s ruinous activities, and Bible prophecy confirms this."

The survey says, - more mystical / religious bullpuckey. Reason, logic and evidence tell us that there is no god. If you wish to believe, in the absence of any convincing evidence thats fine, but we should not be shaping global policy around the likely appearance of a supernatural, omnipotent being. And biblical prophecy has been repeatedly shown as false - twisting prophecy to fit historical events, and ignoring the glaring inconsistencies this causes.

Elderman says - " The Bible says that he will “bring to ruin those ruining the earth.” (Revelation 11:18) Just as a landlord ejects a destructive tenant, so God will “eject” those who ruin his beautiful creation, the earth. "

The survey ( and logic, and reason) says - Really? If the situation is as bad as you say, why not now? why not a decade a go? Laziness on gods part? can't find his smiting stick? Whats this god of yours waiting for? So many of the more frothing at the mouth zealots have predicted the end of the world, giving precise dates - and time after time, the world has - ermm carried on regardless.
"Have I not reason to lament
What man has made of man"

Wordsworth was on to this and expressed it superbly.

Man has free will and the news is all about him misusing it.
Yet when one looks around most people are decent and caring folk.
Lazygun ........There is none so blind as those who do not want to see!
Simple, Time somthing you haven,t got.
@Elderman -and once again you fail to appreciate the irony of accusing someone else of your own singular failings. Nevermind, I am sure others can see it only too well.
Yes,and you went is to late.
@Elderman - See what happens when you try and post something original, and not cut and pasted? You go and post a sentence that is meaningless. Are your comprehension skills failing, Elderman?

BibleQuoter posted "Yes,and you went is to late."

Try, try and try again.........
LazyGun.....I give up on you! But do have a laugh is might be your last.
@Elderman - Your posts always make me laugh, even the incomprehensible ones, or the copy and pasted ones, or the unattributed ones, or the sanctimonious preaching ones - Think that covers all of them?
Good for you, you won't say I didn't know.
@ Elderman - see, thats the thing- the certainty of fairy tale or the curiosity of the unknown from the rational, the scientific. Faith is no replacement for inquisitiveness and curiosity.
Well, that's two of us he's given up on this morning. Things are looking up!! :o)
How about a competion to see who has the best explanation of Elderman's post, which I have cleverly cut and pasted below. :-)

'Yes,and you went is to late.'
Wow! Cutting and pasting! That's clever!

Well.... 'yes' denotes agreement ... and ... err ....... pass.
There is none so blind as those who do not want to see!

Yes, these facts, go back to the question raised earlier: Why has God put up with this situation, allowing it to develop to the extent that it has? It is because of the issue that was raised and its effect on the entire universe.

well do not conclude that during thousands of years God’s role has been merely a passive one, that he has simply been tolerating the wickedness that has developed but taking no action himself. As you shall see, the facts show just the opposite.
@Elderman - "well do not conclude that during thousands of years God’s role has been merely a passive one, that he has simply been tolerating the wickedness that has developed but taking no action himself. As you shall see, the facts show just the opposite

Its been an extremely passive role- a non existent one, in fact. You have to love this blind faith that some of the more zealous believers have that sometime, somewhen, there alleged god will act, thus vindicating all this sanctimony and sermonising. As to facts showing the opposite. There are no facts. There is only paradolia.
Elderman, will you please stop talking about 'facts'. You have no 'facts'. And the question that was raised earlier had nothing to do with God. You hijacked ScottBen's thread with more of your inane drivel.
