You should do it nicely and when she says she wants to be friends say you don't want to...simple as that

tell her you fantasize about her mother.

hey dawg, wat it be cuz? iight, down to bidness... you don't like this girl now so im guessin you shoulda never got wit her in the first place but now you got yourself in this lil predickament, or so you think.  just dump her. don't do it too nicely or too harshly just stand your ground and tell her how it really be, man. don't be scared of her pathetic retaliation. that would give me somethin to laugh n look down at her for. plus, you should be able to win her lil games n make her scurry off for good eventually. this could be fun.  and if she leaves you alone afterwards, that's all gravy too. don't sweat it  do your thing playa.  she shouldn't wanna be with someone who don't like her anyway.  and she becomes spiteful, stick a pacifier in her mouth n ask if she needs a diaper change.   De nada - I do wat i can do when i can do it ^_^
Don't hate the player, hate the game.  @_@

coldMPvictim you appear to be labouring under the mistaken impression that this site is a mobile telephone.

To the original poster; tell her you think the relationship has run its course, agree to be friends then gradually become unavailable.  No drama necessary.

I love Ward's reply...not very nice I admit, but still....made me laugh....ta Ward!

it depends on whether you think she will be devastated or not. if you think she will hold a torch for you for ages and make silly excuses to see you or follow you etc then it might be best to make her see that your not worth it by being horrid to her. but if you think she will be happy with 'being friends' agree to that but just don't actually see her. in my experience 'being friends' doesn't really mean hanging round together unless you did that before you became a couple. she will likely only want to see you with ideas of winning you back so just avoid her until she gets over it.

there is no need to be so horrible about her though

coldMPvictim - do me a big favour - explain 'don't hate the player, hate the game' to me? One of my friends said it to me ages ago but wouldn't explain it properly and thinks it's funny that I don't know... I thought I did know what it meant, but you're using it in a context that means I obviously don't!

I have a male friend who claims to have the fol proof solution.  I know he has used it at least four times.

He gets into a 'cosy' relationship and then she gets possesive.  He picks his moment and tells her that he wishes to confess something and iti is only fair she should know.

"I ahve fallen in love with my next door neighbour who is a postman"

Hasn't failed yet apparently.

Paul22118- Ah bless! My dog is in love with the postman too. Maybe your mate and my dog are soulmates. Sounds like they have the same level of intelligence (and sense of humour) at least.

theleeroy55 - Finally read your question properly. How old are you - 11? You're being pathetic. You've been with this girl for 8 months - you owe her more than worrying if she's going to **** you off. How about being honest with her as an idea? You obviously liked her once or you wouldn't have been together that long. Don't make a massive drama of it - just tell her, but be prepared for the fact that she's going to be upset and probably have questions. And don't think that you'll be able to cut off all contact with her immediately after you've finished the relationship - if someone did that to me I really would **** them up - she needs time to accept what has happened and that could involve more questions - which you should be around (for a while at least) to answer. Then you can slowly stop contact.
