Can anyone recommend a proper dry cleaners in Newcastle or Durham? I have a dress covered in beads and the supermarket/chain dry cleaners all charge a fortune and want me to sign a waiver in case they melt all the beads off...

Try Sketchleys, they have been around years, or take it to your local launderette and put it in a pillowcase and use the self service dry cleaning machine there.
