Car Valuation Query

I have tried to get an online valuation for a car, from 'webuyanycar' website.
The online valuation process asks about the car's mechanical condition - Good / Average / Poor / Non-Running.
If I rate as poor, the value is £850; if I rate as Not Running then it is £300.
The car has two evident problems:
1. Message on the display - 'Engine CTRL Faulty' and advises to Contact Garage, which I have done and they advise necessary work to rectify will be over £1000! The car does currently get from A to B despite this message.
2. Handbrake has completely stopped working (?snapped).
Question: Would the buyer in question categorise this car as 'Poor' or 'Non-Running'?

it dosen't matter a jot. the price that WBAC give you on the internet bears no resemblance to the money you will actually get for it if you sell it to them
why not stick it on ebay as spares or repair - sounds like a lot of hassle otherwise.
good luck

What car? Mileage? Condition? MOT? Tax? That site you contacted, Dont bother, they should have been calles WE RIP YOU OFF.COM If you explain the cars problem, someone on here may help you sort it out.
Could not agree more TWR. weripyouoffanycar.com daylight cowboys. i am surprised trading standards has not been involved!
They are a$$es .. in my opinion. They will give you notalot!
Use somewhere else like eBay.
Webumanycarowner.com would have been a better name.
One of my mates was offered £60 for his car with a £70 admin fee! It would have cost him £10 for them to buy it...

Look carefully at the the adverts on TV. Check the small print, it says admin fee may (which means WILL) be applicable from £49.99
