Has anyone used this web site?

Has anyone else had dealings with the web site Lowest on the Web, they are a computer shop. I placed an order with them on 3rd December and it is still being processed. They said it can take 3 days for credit cards to be authorised, but even so it still seems like a long time for an order to be processed and as the order is for xmas pressies, you can understand that I am a tad concerned that they won't arrive in time.. If anyone else has used them can they tell me if they are always this slow?

well I finally got one part of this order delivered today, they informed during the week that the other [art was out of stock even though it was in stock when I ordered it! won't be using this company again that's for sure.
