Smelly leather jacket

Does anyone know how to de-odorise a leather jacket ? The son-and-heir has spent a few days with some friends who seem to live entirely on chips and fry-ups and his leather jacket now smells pretty bad.
Any ideas welcome .

Hi, try wiping the outside of it with a wet wipe and then turn it inside out and give it a spray with Febreeze and allow it to dry completely before using again.

Thanks, shedman. I've been hanging it outside and that seems to be helping, but I'll try the wet wipes and Febreze.

You may need to take it to a dry cleaners to completely get rid of the smell, but not all dry cleaners will clean leather (as i found out when trying to get the smell off my jacket!)

Thank you, chazza. Sorry to be so long in replying, busy week.
It's much improved, I'm glad to say ,by simply hanging it out in the fresh air . If the whiff continues, though I may well investigate specialist dry cleaners.
