My computer gave problems last week and local shop it came from gave gloomy outlook - told me to go in few days. Then however, shop deserted for "urgent stocktake and Audit"! Facing up to buying a new one as urgently needed for mail-order business as well as 500 items on eBay and now building up E-Bid as well. I`ve heard bad reports of PC World - any comments, or maybe Staples? After current situation reluctant to use small local business. Any Suggestions?

It all depends on what you need from the computer as to where you should buy one.PC World are not that bad really,we got one there about 3 years ago and it is still going strong. It is mainly used for browsing the internet and my son's homework and a few games. I had my PC custom built as I wanted a gaming PC,it cost a lot more than the other one we have. Dell Computers have a very good reputation and their customer service is supposed to be excellent.

I have a Dell - can't fault it, use them in the office as well and have recommended them to many family and friends.
