Dress worn on LK Today

Hello,
did anyone else watch LK today his morning (Thurs 16th Oct)?
When they did the feature on slimming tights all the models were wearing the same teal/petrol coloured dress with a ruffle down the front and long sleeves, which I really liked, does anyone know which shop its from?

actually here is the link to a clip of it on the gm.tv website... the dress is the one being worn on the 'still' shot of the clip. Any ideas?!
