I would like to complain to Tesco about a couple of things that have really annoyed me and I have looked on their website for an address or an email address to write to but all I can find are phone numbers and addresses to write to if your query is regarding an electrical item or something else, but not complaints. Can anyone help? Do I have to just write to my local store or the Head Office? Thanks.

Oooh tell us what annoyed you, go on
I should ring your local store and ask them if you could speak to someone in charge, or even the manager. Explain what your problem is calmly and ask if there is a solution to your problem.
If you are not happy with their response, then ask for a phone number for a complaints department.
Once you say you are taking it further, they will bend over backwards to help you out.
Try it.
Try - If no luck then write to the top man - Terry Leahy (Sir), Tesco PLC, New Tesco House, Delamare Road, Cheshunt, EN8 9SL. I've always had good results by going straight to the Organ Grinder!!
Not that it will do any good. I found a 'contact us' email on the website once and complained bitterly about something but received no response. I guess the surest way is to write to the local branch and also send a copy to head office.

phone numbers all listed here.

Hurrah! I have found their email at last

The details are on the back of the till reciept and should also be displayed in the store entrance or ask at customer services.
I wrote to their head office address, which I found either on their website or on the product I was complaining about.

I complained about their Healthy Living Moroccan Style Meatballs with Chick Pea Mash. The meatballs were full of splintered bone.

I wouldn't bother to be honest - I know several people who have written or emailed to complain or to ask a question and they have all been ignored
They answered my complaint to the email I sent.

i've tried to email them about a partially gutted chicken that i bought from them. i included pic's and have still not even had a mail back to acknowledge my complaint. that was in jan this year, i resent the email in april asking that they let me know if anyone could be bothered to reply or not as i'd shop elsewhere but still nothing another 2 months later. Really annoying that i spend over 100 a week in there, have my home and car insurance with them and until recently a credit card. thanks tesco !
whilst complaining myself i have the address to complain to, its - tesco customer service centre, baird ave, dryburgh industrial estate, dundee. dd1 1yp. - i hope this helps.

tesco comments seems to be quickest. just google it.
Although as far as I'm concerned they don't do anything to try to resolve the problems. I wont be shopping with them again. Closing my bank account with them also.
How about this.....Tesco's have applied nearly a 50% increase on mens deodorants. Both Sure and Right Guard are now in store for £3.26 where as last week they were around £2.29. This is only one of many items I have noticed in the last few months....outrageous.
tbird772-if you look closely you will see that they have increased the prices of loads of products over the last few months. Its all because of the alleged 'price drop' scheme-increase the price loads then drop it back to original price few weeks later and advertise as being cheaper. Its all a bloody rip off!
I used

Got really annoyed that our local Express store advertises it's open till 11pm. Went out especially and arrived 10.53pm to find it closed! Knocked on the window just to be told they were closed. Very cross!!!
does anyone know the email address of phillip clarke CEO or his secretary/pa?
i can't get past the receptionist. They are so infuriating.
Warren buffett should hold on to his money :)
Would never have this problem with John Lewis!
Thanks all, have a good day. Marissa
