Elusive shoes!

I've been searching in Manchester for a pair of 1" heel/kitten heel T bar shoes with a round toe front. I've seen them on a few women, but never approached them to ask where they got them from. They're usually in that soft/ matt looking leather. Any ideas?

I got a air that sound similar in Topshop - they have lots of those T-bar styles. I would be flattered if someone asked me where I got my shoes!! I have a jacket that people always comment on - so definitely ask next time...good luck!
