My elderly mum has to wear wide fitting shoes because of a problem she has with her feet. She also has the disadvantage of having size 10 feet so it's proving very difficult to find shoes that are both wide and size 10. Does anyone know of any online shops that sell shoes like these?

Evans have a good selection,
def evans - they do larger and wide fitting sizes at reasonable prices
cosyfeet.com specialises in wide, comfy shoes. They have a sale on at the moment, too! I have not seen any women's shoes that are larger than 9, but several of their styles are the same in men's and women's so you might be lucky. The best thing is to go to their shop in Street, Somerset, if that is possible and take advantage of their excellent fitting service.

I do get asked quite often for size 42+, and also wide fittings, I usually suggest that they invest in bespoke shoes, once the last is made then the actual cost of the shoes is relatively the saem as a good shop bought pair, google a few sites and you will see hoiw worthwhile it would be
